DABBEL as one of the top 6 finalists at MIPIM PropTech Europe Competition in Paris!

Paris, 11 June 2019 – The first stage of the MIPIM Startup Competition 2020, organised in partnership with Metaprop NYC, will take place during MIPIM PropTech Europe in Paris. Discover the six finalists.

For five years, the MIPIM Startup Competition has highlighted the most promising and innovative startups for transforming the property ecosystem. MIPIM PropTech Europe will be the first stage of the 2020 edition of this competition, which will then move to New York during MIPIM PropTech NYC (November 12-13, 2019) and to Hong Kong during the MIPIM PropTech Asia (25 November 2019). The two selected finalists in each city will be in the fast-lane to join the finals at MIPIM 2020 in Cannes.

Among the 86 projects received from 30 countries, 6 startups were selected to pitch their projects on July 1st:
AskPorter (UK), an AI driven Property Management platform.
Dabbel (Germany), an AI building management system enhancing the performance of buildings and the satisfaction of tenants.
Hello energy (The Netherlands), an energy management software to visualize energy and sustainability and activate users of large buildings to be smart with it.
HomeBeat.Live (Germany), a digital platform for apartment buildings.
Mayordomo Smart Point (Spain), smart points to order and collect purchases and personal packages easily and quickly.
Pinql (France), solves the big rental headache for tenants and landlords.

The presentation of the selected startups will take place in two groups. The first group will pitch their projects from 12:00 to 12:45 in Room 200, and the second group from 14:30 to 15:15 also in Room 200. They will be given five minutes to present their solutions followed by five minutes of Q&A with the jury.
