Sales Engineer (m/w/d)

We are developing the next generation of building control: fully autonomous and AI-based. Our international team is dedicated to making office buildings, schools and hotels more sustainable.


We develop the most scalable, cost-effective and sustainable software solution to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions in commercial buildings worldwide.



  • Key account management.
  • Processing MQL´s and SQL´s.
  • Sales controlling.
  • Sales reporting.



  • Positive and proactive mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience working as a Sales Engineer.
  • Experience dealing with complex business situations and can work well under pressure.
  • Previous responsibilities for all technical aspects of the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English and German (written and spoken).



  • Sales record.
  • Experience in the HVAC or BMS field.
  • Experience in the use of CRM programs especially HubSpot is a big advantage.
